Is it possible to log into multiple accounts at the same time?

Yes. Although you cannot log into multiple accounts from one instance, you can open multiple instances (separate instances running at the same time on your computer) and log into different accounts accordingly.

Is it possible to access the same account from different computers?

Yes. As long as you have the correct login details, you can log into the platform from any computer, as long as the connection settings are correct and the connection is not being blocked by a firewall or your Internet Service Provider.

Can I change the time zone on my platform?

No, you cannot change the time offset on the platform. The platform's hours are GMT +2, although during US summer time the platform switches to GMT +3 to stay in line with the New York market close at 5pm.

Where can I see my trading history?

Trading history can be viewed by clicking on the "Account History" tab in the "Terminal" at the bottom of your platform. You can also modify your view timelines and access reporting features by right-clicking on any row in your account history view.

What happens to my vacancies when I log out?

Open positions will not be closed until an existing stop loss, take profit or stop out level is reached. Existing limit orders will continue to be fulfilled if the entry rate is met. Please note that for Trailing Stop orders, your platform must be open and logged in.

What is a VPS?

VPS stands for Virtual Private Server and it is a very useful tool for traders who use robots / algorithms to trade in the market. These robots are often run automatically and independent of the operator, therefore they can explore business opportunities that manual operators cannot. A VPS provides you with the ideal business environment to maximize robot power by eliminating downtime and benefiting from extra fast execution speed. How much does it cost to have a VPS?

Tradeuros offers VPS to clients for free when they open an account and deposit it with a minimum of 500. VPS are valid for 1 month and can be automatically renewed as long as the following requirements are met:

  • 1. Close a minimum of 7 standard lots.
  • 2. Maintain your account with 500 Equity or more.
  • If you do not meet the above requirements, your VPS will not be renewed.
  • To claim your free VPS and more information about your requirements.

Withdrawal information

What is the retirement policy at Tradeuros?

Withdrawing funds from your account is simple and fast. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes by deducting the amount from your account. for Withdrawals of earnings or any amount over initial deposits can only be sent by wire transfer. for The minimum amount to withdraw by bank transfer is 200.
We do not allow withdrawal by credit / debit card. does not allow withdrawals in the form of a refund.

Is there a fee for withdrawing funds?

Can I cancel my withdrawal request?

In case you want to cancel a withdrawal, it is possible, as long as the payment has not been processed. You must email us at: [email protected] and if possible we will cancel the withdrawal and refund your trading account.

Will you send me a statement of my account?

You will receive an automated daily and monthly statement. The platform will automatically send them to your registered email address, if there has been activity during that period. Can I generate my own account statements? Yes. You can generate statements on demand via. Check the 'Account History' tab on your platform, right click to define the period and then right click again to 'Save a report' or 'Save a detailed report'.

How do I change the leverage of my account?

Our accounts have a fixed leverage policy, visit our Trading Conditions page - Leverage section for more information. However, if you have the right to change the leverage of your current account in accordance with such policy, please email us at: [email protected]

How can I transfer funds to / from a different party?

If you want to transfer funds to another Tradeuros client or receive funds from another Tradeuros client, this is possible as long as the following criteria are met:

How do I apply for a new real account?

If you want to sign up for a live account or additional live account, simply select 'Profile Options'. You can then choose between upgrading to a real account and requesting an additional account.

How do I withdraw funds from my trading account?

You have two options to withdraw funds from your business account: go to 'Withdraw funds' and you can select 'Bank transfer' or 'Online payment gateway'. Please note that withdrawing via bank transfer will require adding your bank information via 'Profile Options' before initiating a withdrawal request.

Can I transfer money between my accounts?

Yes, you can transfer any free margin between accounts. From the 'My Accounts' menu, simply select 'Transfer funds between accounts' and choose the shipment, recipient accounts and amount, then submit your request.

Demo Account

How can I open a demo account?

To open a demo account, fill in your details on the demo account opening page (Open Demo account) and follow the instructions they will receive by email.

Does my demo account expire? Demo accounts expire after 30 days. To get a new demo account, on the platform, go to File & gt; Open an account and you can generate a new username and password. for I did not receive my username and password details when opening a Demo account. CAN THE BENEFITS OF A DEMO ACCOUNT BE COLLECTED?
